Who processes your personal data

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the website form we process your name, email, phone (optional), your message and the product you ask about, plus the time you gave your consent.

To limit spam we also keep a cryptographic fingerprint (hash) of your IP address - never the address itself. It is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

  • answering your inquiry and preparing an offer - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a));
  • protecting the website against abuse and spam - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Personal data in inquiries is kept for up to 24 months and then anonymised automatically (only the product and date remain, for statistics), unless a contract was concluded that the law requires us to keep longer.

Recipients and processors

Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Trusted providers process data on our behalf: website hosting, database, email delivery, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and technical error monitoring (Sentry, EU servers - no personal data about visitors). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restriction of and objection to processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdrawing your consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to studio@decorcenter.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
